Not like that today! If you go to Kilkee (just down the coast), you can walk right along the cliffs. They aren't as high there, but they are still pretty, and you can walk for miles, as close to the edge as you like.

I know someone who went to Ireland back in the 90's. She said back then you were allowed to go right up to the edge; she said she crawled to the edge and just barely peeked over!

I seen one on my front porch the other night,It freaked me out because i have never seen it before. So I checked it out on the internet.A video on youtube came up,and it's scream sounded terrible where the person was demonstrating how they react when bothered.I'd rather get rid of all that's around because I have young children and don't want them to get stung by this terrible bug.

I have never seen an ant so big and RED! Unfortunately, "I think" I killed it. It took me a while to kill it though as it was a tough little guy. He looked deadly. I feel bad now knowing that they are not aggressive, I will leave them alone.

Found one today in Dacula, Georgia. My son has an obsession with bugs and won't let me dispose of it. I do not share his attraction and do not want to share my yard with this pest.

I just realized that the car looks kind of red in this photo. It is pink--almost Pepto pink with a metallic sheen to it.
